Curry Leaves – 1 Cup | Urad Dal – 1/2 Cup | Bengal Gram – 1/4 Cup | Dry Red Chilli – 5-6 | Asafoetida – 1/4 Tsp | Sesame Seeds – 1 Tbsp | Salt – To taste | Sugar – a pinch|
1: Dry Roast Urad Dal and Bengal Gram in low flame till it becomes golden brown.
2: Add chilli, Sesame Seeds, Asafoetida, and roast for 2 minutes more.
3: Add curry leaves and roast till it becomes crisp and transparent. Turn off the stove and let it cool.
4: Coarsely blend it in a blender.
